使い方
1. 数字と演算子のボタンをクリックして式を入力し、= を押して計算します。
2. またはキーボードを使用：数字、+ − × ÷、Enter（=）、Backspace、Esc（クリア）。
3. +/- で符号を切り替え、% で現在の数値をパーセントに変換します。
4. 右側の履歴パネルに最近の計算が保存されます — 任意のエントリをクリックして結果を再利用できます。

Yes. Number keys, +, -, *, /, Enter (=), Backspace, Escape (clear), and . all work.
How does percent work?
Pressing % converts the current number to its percentage form (divides by 100).
